Retro-Style 100-Gallon Fuel Tank – Dodge Big Horn Inspired (1/64 Scale)

Classic Style for Vintage Custom Builds

If you want to add a classic touch to your model trucks, this Retro-Style 100-Gallon Fuel Tank is the perfect choice. This specific design takes inspiration from the iconic Dodge Big Horn rigs of the past. Consequently, it offers a nostalgic look that makes your vintage models feel much more authentic. At Rockin H Farm Toys, we act as the primary source for quality parts for serious builders. We know that finding the right “period-correct” parts can be difficult. Therefore, we provide these detailed replicas to help you recreate the golden age of trucking in 1/64 scale.

Moreover, this fuel tank adds incredible character to any custom build. Because the design is so distinct, it instantly upgrades a plain chassis into a standout showpiece. Many collectors enjoy using these for “old school” fleet builds or historical farm truck replicas. Whether you are building a dedicated Dodge or a custom rig, this tank provides the heavy-duty look you need. Subsequently, your project will gain the realistic bulk and style seen on real 100-gallon tanks.

Versatile Customization for Restoration Projects

In addition to its retro appeal, this part is highly versatile for different types of hobbyists. For instance, you can use it as a high-quality replacement for broken or missing parts on older diecast models. Furthermore, the tank arrives unpainted, which gives you total creative control. You can easily apply primer and paint to match your truck’s specific color scheme. Likewise, many builders choose a polished chrome or aluminum finish to make the tank pop against a dark frame.

Furthermore, the installation process is very simple for any skill level. Since the tank measures 1/2″ long and 7/16″ in diameter, it fits comfortably on most 1/64 scale semi-truck frames. You can secure it easily with standard hobby adhesive. If you are focused on restoration or high-end scratch building, this Big Horn inspired tank is a vital addition to your parts bin. Ultimately, Rockin H Farm Toys provides the durable and accurate components you need to bring your vintage custom vision to life.
